ATCO NEEDS ATCO RACEWAY! Please don’t sell the track! The town benefits in so many ways having Atco Raceway around. All season long people from all over the country come to visit bringing great income to the businesses in the area like hotels, restaurants, gas stations etc. Atco is not just a drag strip, they are also a great location to host all types of events. For example, Waterford Day has been hosted by Atco Raceway for the past few years and is an amazing venue for family and friends in the community to gather and have a great time. The town lacks entertainment and needs places like Atco Raceway for families to enjoy and create long lifetime memories. Without them, businesses will lose income, families will lose past on traditions, and the town will suck without the little entertainment they have left. Once again, please PLEASE DON’T SELL!! ATCO NEEDS ATCO RACEWAY!!

I love Drag Racing! Plain and simple.
You dont need a large corporation to do it. So many men and women do this and their families are the support crew.

The constant flow of tractor-trailers hauling cars in and out of the facility will be a nightmare, traffic wise and for the residents along Jackson rd. I take Jackson rd everyday for work, and there is very little truck traffic. Let’s keep it that way.

Ran quarter midgets my whole childhood here, and watch my brother drag race there to, it was sad enough watching the small dirt track being dismantled, it will be a-shame to lose the drag strip as well

I feel that we already have plenty of junkyards on Jackson Road. Having another one is bad for the environment for the community And wildlife and don’t forget property value .Enough with bringing Junk into town. We have enough!

Don’t want to lose the drag strip. I moved to this town because of the drag strip 15yrs ago. I am no in favor or losing the track or having an auto auction in its place. I live off Jackson road between Ashland and tremont and it is very peaceful other then the weekends which we love to hear the racing as well as going there and spectating and racing. I do not want to hear 10 car haulers 7 days a week hitting there Jake brakes as they take the bend on Jackson road & Asland ave aside from what it will do for traffic and wrecks with all these rigs and wreckers running up and down Jackson road everyday. The town should have had deed restrictions on this property so it could just be sold to another business after being i. This town for over 50yrs. This is Toal BS in my opinion and the town needs to step up and act against this.

There is absolutely no good reason to close the track or sell to an auto auction. Racing is limited as it is. My children have good clean fun there. I do believe it’s attributed to our towns personality and pride.
