With all the complaints about racing going on in the streets, I think it is a really bad idea to take away the only place left in the immediate area where it can be done safely and legally. Closing Atco will only lead to more illegal racing on the streets, as is being done with regularity in Philly.

I moved to Atco in 1958 I no longer live there but I have many great memories they should not get rid of it

I love Atco Dragway. I first went in 1970 I was 10yrs. Old. I was 12 the next time I went and I kept figuring out ways to get back there just about every weekend. It really was a family event and I never had a problem finding a ride there. A couple times my mom had the state police pick me up. but I was dedicated.. I was to witness more Drag racing firsts as well as meeting some big legends and the pit was the best automotive vocational skool in the world... I believe that if The Drag strip gets shut down I'll give up my citizenship and move to Australia were they still run F.E.D's just saying. Stay Creative everyone.....Rich Davis..

I grew up here, lots of memories and it’s where a few of my closest friends met each other for the first time. I’ve always loved going here and have made it a tradition.

Please keep the racetrack!! I attend events there and enjoy them tremendously. I also live about a mile away and enjoy hearing the racers. It's too quiet without the racing. I do not want the tractor trailers hauling the cars and parts to ruin our streets and small town community. I do not want my well to be infested with chemical!! Nor would I like to see our wild Life in the pinelands hurt.
Please keep our town history alive!! The Atco Raceway is known by people all over in many states. When I mention I live near the Atco Raceway people say, oh I know the Atco Raceway, when I'm traveling.
