The raceway has been a long standing place to keep racers off the streets and a wonderful place for race fans to enjoy a night or weekend watching quarter mile drags.

Atco deserves to be saved. With Englishtown gone, there are no other racetracks in the state. If racing is to be safe and controlled, Atco should be saved. Without it, street racing will be all that is left, posing hazards to the drivers and ultimately the public.

atco raceway is a landmark, a right of passage and at this point historical to better times. It is a needed diversion on the community.

Far too many of these long running drag strips are getting closed due to subdivisions encroaching or other reasons. We need to save as many of them as we can as they are the last places we can safely enjoy our racing hobby.
