As a layman with little direct knowledge of council affairs I can only assume that the £65 levy on new builds has something to do with the councils need to build houses on Ashfield. Either that or some council members/employees are open to financial persuasion. Also my grandchildren will miss their outings to the park where they are able to play in peace.
