The purpose of this petition is to mobilize a caring, conscious people towards the pursuit of saving arts and cultural funding. The Senate and Means Committee are recommending cutting funds which will affect local cultural council’s community projects and efforts. Action is needed. We need to mobilize and be about it rather than just talking about it. Local Cultural Councils of the Massachusetts Cultural Council and all citizens need to unite in support.
