This is the best nursery I have experienced. Please don't close it! I have a baby who I would love to attend Annabel's and 2 children at St John's Lemsford.

My both sons had great foundation of their early learning at Annabels. All the teachers at Annabels are highly dedicated on the childrens learning in all the areas including maths and reading .

As grandparents whose grandchildren attend and those that have greatly benefited from the Annabels Montessori School in Lemsford Village Hall in the past, I object to the Council’s decision to request that the school vacate the village Hall which has served this area for a long time and is established as a an excellent school.
In my opinion as well as it has already been fully utilised up until now, in the future it will be even more need as the Welwyn Hatfield Council will be submitting a draft proposal to Government to build a village on Symondshyde Farm area for 1,134 houses and we will need more nursery and play schools within in reasonable reach for this area. Why close a lovely, well run, local community nursery! They use that space so well. And your planning on building in the area so it will be more in demand in the future.

Devastating. This closure is going to affect all of the current
and the future children. I took my child to Annabel's because of it's excellent long standing reputation and it is local & convenient l. I am hoping the council will reverse this decision to let Annabel Montessori school stay at Lemsford. It's not fair for the local parents to be forced to drive miles away to another location as we have work and other commitments.

I live locally and the school time and rush hour traffic is already a serious problem. This bizarre proposal by the council can only make matters worse.

Removal of this nursery school will simply add more cars to the already congested roads. Even parents living very close to St Johns will have no alternative but drive their children to school. There is a real community feel to the Nursery, and the Village Hall is the ideal place to have this. Why take away something that has been so successful, and a wonderful asset to the Village? Why has the Council done this? The previous Montessori school in Haldens closed down, and one has to wonder why?

This school was also convenient when I had other children to take to the school around the corner.
My boys were so happy at this school and it will be a crying shame if it goes.
Save the nursery!!!
