As always, Lexington County putting the cart before the horse. They must be unfamiliar with I-26 widening and the whatever you choose to call it through Chapin. Both at the same time combined with Mungo building subdivisions on 48 and Lexington County building the Industrial Center. Absolutely ridiculous! You're talking 15 years of people's lives dealing with construction.

There is no infrastructure to support building an elementary school on Amicks Ferry Rd in Chapin.
