Sherer Development Co. continues to ignore our warnings about the crumbling infrastructure on Amazon Dr. I am currently compiling a list of every system failure they refuse to acknowledge and I will not let them bury our concerns under their greed.

Sherer Development Co. needs to understand that we are not going to sit back and watch them destroy our neighborhood for their own profit. This momentum proves that the residents on Amazon Drive are organized and ready to fight this disaster until they pull their application.

THINK ABOUT THE VALUE OF OUR HOMES!!! This is going to ruin everything weve worked for. Keep amazon dr quiet and safe.
The traffic down there is already a nightmare. We dont need a massive apartment block making it worse. Fix the current problems first before adding more people.
Ridiculous idea. The schools are packed and the road just cant take the extra cars. Put this somewhere else.
drainage is already a mess. my yard floods anytime it rains heavy. more concrete is just gonna make it worse for everyone.
Sherer needs to listen to the people who actually live here. We dont want it.

3 stories? That is way too high for this neighborhood. It will look awful and totally out of place next to our houses. Stop this project.
