We the undersigned protest the development by Sherer Development Co. of a three story apartment complex on the north side of Amazon Dr. New Port Richey, Fl.. The road system first will not handle the added traffic. The school system already pushed to it's limit will not handle the added population. The drainage system is already maxed out. The water system is already beyond capacity. The added traffic will be a danger to the children. There are no three story building in the area. This development would be completely counter to the current owner occupied homes in the area. It will be, yet another drag on the value of, our already depreciated properties  Not to mention the overtaxed police protection, 911 response, electrical system
