As very close neighbours to this proposed development we object on grounds of difficulties in parking, tipping the balance of diversity towards a student heavy population and potential increased light and noise pollution.

Already building student accomm on parking-free Whiteladies by Chantry Road. Let the developer continue IF ONLY they provide 1 space per student (they can always dig down!!) PLUS an additional 1 space per student for local residents parking.
