AOL Instant Messenger is the quintessential and earliest example of an instant messaging service that was brought with the dawn of in-home internet. AIM has been used by generations of internet users, and has fallen into the hearts of many. Sadly, AOL is discontinuing service for the instant messaging service. Please consider showing your support for AIM by signing this petition. With enough support, we are hoping to show our continued backing and longing for the original instant messaging service.
