Some positive changes can't compensate a lot of bad choice..that's why a lot of friends are leaving

A good and successful business practice is to make a little of many, which equals a lot. N3twork you're in the customers service business, but your customer service is horrible, in result killing what is was a good game. Only reasons I haven't left is because of friends, but they're all leaving little by little every week. Word gets around, set up or lose your golden egg!

I've been a guild leader for about 9 months and have a great team. In the last month we've lost 3 of our long term members who've all been VIP and spend ohn top of that. Also, 3 more members are going to leave once their VIP runs out which they've all canceled. They all say it's because of the changes in the game and increase in cost. Please fix the game before everyone leaves.

Loved the game but they are turning it into a grind that costs way too much for nothing fun. Only stay for the friends I have made

Game is too expensive to maintain. When does it stop! cards are only worth 20 dust when we’ve invested so much in them. The returns/drop rate of packs for Ultra rares, to evolve and awaken cards doesn’t nearly compensate for the amount of money I have spent. Look at my account, iTunes record. It’s appalling!

No vfm. The pay to reward ratio is worse than abysmal. The game dev team doesn't take feedback at all. In response they accuse us of exploiting what they have given us.

With every step forward it takes 10 back. Stop screwing with fundamentals that work and change the things players are screaming out to change. This game would not exist without the community so please support each other and make this game amazing again.

Are you serious? For 6 star cards 20 Dust for which you have spent plenty of materials, and not only that, apart from the fact that it is now no longer possible to pay without paying an event deck. It is not fun anymore and if this continues I am one of those who will stop.

Some changes are good but there have been some many changes geared towards money that the game is now not worth playing. At VIP 11 I'm ready to walk away and take my money with me.
