This game is getting ruined by greed and unnecessary changes! People are leaving in droves and moving to GoW, Lightslinger, etc. Been playing other games on the side and am considering leaving if things don't improve. VIP 11 and thinking about leaving??? Maybe the devs should listen to the ones that pay their bills!

Bring back the runes! Having sight on a master hero in the future keeps you going. Now I'll have to wait at least 10 events of a color to get one. That's waaaay to long :( My guild is not at all interested in these guys anymore. What's the fun of the game now?! You repeat the same thing over and over. We need more movememt amd excitement in events.

I am tired of the obvious price gouging, monopolistic/ gambling practices. I feel like I am addicted to a game that is more of a casino and have been working, successfully recently, to play less and spend less because I feel like an idiot for giving this company my money. It’s a game with purchases. Not a continual purchase with the occasional play. May your revenue streams shrivel up with your inability to care for the stakeholders - your enterprise is only afloat if it has patrons and I have lost many good friends who kept me playing because of the continual assault.

Almost quit 100 times, only staying 4 my guild, which is slowly losing players who have invested over a year in this game

I'm disappointed with everything that has happened within the last couple of months. All my cards have lost value in a matter of one day. Not to mention the Server errors, lag, outdated event and vip rewards, multiple changes to loot box values, broken promises from developers, misleading information and many more things that have gone wrong. Developers need to reimburse us for the time, energy and feedback we have given them and yet they choose to ignore that we're the reason for this game to exist. We need our voices to be heard.

It has been hard to keep pace with all of the changes in the game. Feels like I have to spend hundreds of dollars just to be competitive each week. Would like to see better opportunity to pick up game cards. I have been playing for over a year now and I have never gotten two relics on a draw (always had to buy them). With the new way we do masters and ultras, I have never drawn one, I always have to buy. Seem like gals advertising to say you have a better chance to pull but then I still have to get to the last packs and buy with dust.
