We need a holistic look at the number of demolitions occurring in Jamaica Plain and other neighborhoods. Do we want to lose our historic structures for cookie-cutter speculative development for high priced condos or reinvest in our communities? I am very excited by Mayor Janey’s leadership and hope she will hear the community on this one and the demolition pending of 15 Zamora!

30 years ago when I first moved to JP, Dave’s house was one of the first I visited. The original workmanship in the interior was magnificent. Please save this grand Dame! She’s worth it!

I guess one million-dollar family is better for JP than the alternative here, although it's sad that's the only choice as we sure need more beautiful AND affordable housing in our community.
