this gorgeous home should be preserved and deemed as historic! The community deserves and wants this work of art to stay as a testament of history and architecture that is so prevalent to Miami’s history. With this home demolished, it’s another piece of our history lost and only to be seen and experienced in photographs. Please consider the devastating effects that demolishing this home will have on Miami’s already threatened urban landscape!

Our historic city needs to protect the few remaining historic homes that remain in our neighborhood. We will lose our special charm and character if we give up on saving our history.

I’m not exactly sure why this city cannot see the $ value in preserving tangible history. Truly baffling.. Europe, on the other hand, is not at all baffled by this concept. Odd, so very odd.
