I am for the enforcement of the parking program. It is not about finding a parking spot for our visitors, but about a rules that all homeowners bought into when we purchased our homes. They agreed to follow all rules and there are many homeowners, some of whom have signed this petition against this rule who are breaking numerous rules, fining and notifying them has not worked. We all say we want a great community, well hold homeowners accountable if you see them using their garage for storage, gyms, and maintenance shops say something to them.

I am strongly opposed to the new suggested parking rules. I am a senior citizen and even have my son's girlfriend helping me with this petition. Trying to ask the other seniors in this community to do all this tech stuff to have family over for the hoidays in not going to go over well for us or our family members that are visiting. I also do not have an extra $200 for a parking permit should I ever need to get one. Another thing, WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO DO THIS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC WHILE SO MANY ARE OUT OF WORK??? That is some sketchy management to me. I do not trust people who do not listen to a majority vote. We live in a democracy and you should learn to accept when you don't win the majority vote.

I am not happy with this new policy that is being forced upon the community. It is not okay to ask this of the people that live here. No one has an issue with the parking. AND I do not like the implication that this was going to be discussed with the community more only to have it delayed by a month. That is not right and a childish unprofessional tactic to get your way. The HOA is already a high amount and asking for more money to give out tickets to people that pay the HOA and live in the community is ridiculous and outrageous! You know that community is against it. Implementing these new rules anyway will not get you in our good graces.

I am opposed to the new parking rules. I do not want a rent a cop handing out tickets in my community. There is no parking problem and it is not right to ask this much of the residents that pay an HOA due to add to the cost during a pandemic to appease a management that came in and did not even ask for a vote of this policy.

There is not a parking problem. Hiring patrol one is unnecessary. We should just send warnings and then fine people who do not use their garages appropriately. Easy solution.
