I have been a Saskatchewan resident since the day I was born on April 10th 2001 in Regina Saskatchewan. I moved down to Saskatoon in 2003. Since living in Saskatoon, I have seen the population grow and grow and sure it is still very much growing no doubt about that. However that being said. I want to see Saskatoon get an IKEA which would and should open doors for other businesses to follow

I can drive to Calgary or Winnipeg to shop which is 8 hours whichever I choose.
It would be great to have a store in the province. We need more affordable stuff in the province, and while the $100 extra to have it delivered to the closest city (still an hour away) is worth it for big ticket items, I know I would spend a lot more of my cash if there was an IKEA handy to visit every time I was in Saskatoon.

Please bring Ikea to Saskatchewan!! We definitely could use one here!! I've lived in Iceland, Calgary and Vancouver and always been able to go to an Ikea. Now that I live in Saskatoon it's terrible that we have to drive out of Province to go to the nearest Ikea. We can handle one here no problem...pls pls....

I have contacted the company in the past citing that Saskatoon is the most logical location, we have the university, are centrally located, have the best big box stores and malls! Bring it on!

IKEA is an amazing place to find scrapbook storage systems and desks. One of my biggest and best purchases for my crafting needs was purchased at IKEA in Edmonton. We drove the truck to go and see it!

Let's do this Saskatchewan! If we can bring 20,000 people to a field in Saskatoon to throw snowballs, surely we can get that many people on a petition to bring IKEA to Sasktchewan!
