These schools have been a very positive influence on my granddaughters. They have a bond with all of their classmates. In addition, they have received an excellent education.

As a parishioner of the Sacred Heart, I was very disheartened that both of the church pastors took it upon themselves to make the decision to close our parish school!
Not even a year notice for the families that attend the school or for parishioners who believe that a school is needed to coincide with our parish to come up with a plan or to even make a choice to move to another parish. We are a church community!
Pastors have no right to do this on their own. This is our church. The church of the people! Not church of the pastors!!
The one thing we should try to keep is children in the church. They are our future.

My daughter has received 8 great years of education and growth thanks to the SASH program. It is so unfortunate to be forced to look for alternatives for her 8th grade year when she has prospered so at SASH!!!

My grandsons go to this wonderful school, and wish to cohtinue their education at SASH.

If SASH was not not located within the school district my daughter would have went to public school, mainly due to geographic logistics. She received a great education and I feel for those that will not have the same opportunity.

Please keep the school open. Pretty soon there will be no Catholic schools left to send our kids to.

It would be great to have the school remain open. A viable business plan has been put forth and it's very important to have the school your child attends be connected with the parishes they attend. This benefits the entire church community, not just those with children in the school. A disconnect between school and parish life is a loss to all.
