This is a beautiful single family neighborhood and should stay that way. We need to stick with long term community planning already in place.

I live in this neighborhood and don’t want this rezoning to go through. It’s not good for the neighborhood or the people that live in it.

Too much, too little, does not promote the design of the neighborhood.

We totally oppose this rezoning proposal. Condos will have negative impact on already established neighborhoods in this area.

We must include traffic issues.
We already have major traffic as well as the Fletcher school traffic which requires a police office directing traffic. The long term community planning by the city doesn’t include townhouses for this area. Also did the developer submit a traffic study by an engineer to the city that is a third party?

It is unacceptable to have a townhome development in the middle of a community of single family homes. This is not in keeping with the community. The proposed development will also exacerbate traffic problems and increased risk of car accidents.

This is an unacceptable option across the street from a school.

My property backs onto the creek and it overflows periodically... a few years ago, it came up above the 100 year mark. I am concerned that adding this density to our neighborhood would increase the thread of flooding into my home. Please turn down this rezoning.

The scope of this project is so out of bounds of common sense relative to the parcel size. Attempting to SQUEEZE this project onto this site by rezoning says it all.

I am apposed to the rezoning of Sardis Road. The comp used to petition this rezoning is NOT comparable!
