We, the undersigned surrounding neighbors, are in OPPOSITION to ANY form of rezoning from the current R-3 use for the property at 8515 Sardis Road. The plan is inconsistent with South District Plan for long-range planning, which recommends single family residential land use, at a density of three units per acre. The plan is also inconsistent with surrounding neighborhoods.
