We, the residents of Saratoga Glen, petition to reduce the speed limit in our neighborhood. Most of us have built or bought in this neighborhood to provide a safe community for our children to learn, play and grow. By making and enforcing, as a community, a minor reduction in the limit of speed on our streets we believe we could prevent an unthinkable tragedy for one of our neighbors and friends.
