We, the undersigned, are petitioning the N.S.W State Government to allow Sarah Coutts to remain at Martins Creek Public School until the age of 16 to complete her secondary education. Sarah Coutts has in inoperable heart and lung condition AV Canal defect, Eizenmenger's Syndrome, Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome, Down Syndrome and Gastrostomy. Sarah is the size of an eight year old and weighs 25kg. We are petitioning that Sarah be allowed to remain at her current school, Martins Creek Public School, as the extended travel to and from school will put stress on her already fragile condition and risk of infection is far greater in a school with excess of 800 students. Sarah has the support of Teachers, staff, parents and community. Sarah is currently in year six at Martins Creek Public School, and if the N.S.W Government do not agree to let her stay, she will have to be home schooled taking her away from her peers, friends and school community that she so dearly loves.
