Hi everyone,

My name is Sarah Nassar and I hope to run as SBA Executive President. To make that possible, I would appreciate it if you signed my petition so that when it comes to voting day, you'll see my name on the ballot.

Here at Mercy Law, we are all a family, and I want to make sure to keep that alive. I'm grateful to have met so many of you and heard your concerns during my time as 1L SBA class president. My goal as your SBA President is to continue the familial legacy Detroit Mercy carries. And as a family, I know you want someone who can be there for you, someone who has experience. That someone is me.

Throughout undergrad, I have been active in many organizations, and I was my University's Student Body President. In that role, I was able to connect students, faculty, and administration. Through my platform, many problems were solved. And as someone who's heard from so many of you, I can guarantee that my platform will cover solutions that you may need.

Further, currently, I am the President of the Disability Law Association, Vice-President of the American Consitution Society, and Immigration Law Association. Through these positions, I have been able to engage in many events including ones on inclusion and disability awareness.
