VERY IMPORTANT that this community stay (and become even more) kid friendly. Those who don't want kids around should leave the community. I will soon have an empty nest but realize kids are what makes our community special and actually raises the values of our homes. The quarterly events are another reason this community is special. Take them away and we are nothing special other than a pretty place. In fact we should INCREASE the amount of kid friendly (teen friendly) spaces and include a skateboard park (ugh, but yes, we should have it).
