We the people of California do hereby request that the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) and the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Plant be shut down immediately.  Earthquake predictions exceed design specifications; radioactive waste is being stored beyond intended capacity and duration; and current evacuation plans are based upon obsolete assumptions. This situation is extremely dangerous and unacceptable.
