I moved from NYC(Queens Borough) to San Jose, with big ambitions and make a difference in the public safety. I love working for San Jose government. Cost of living and expenses are much higher than expected. Significant salary increase to compensate is a MUST and keep talents in San Jose for years to come.

Left a great company to help my family get back to Bay Area and ever thing the San Jose City has done to me as an employee make me miss the previous employer every contract. It is not my fault the city is unfair to so many and takes or gives so little
