Please leave vaccinations and masks up to individual choice from the parents. Many do not trust injecting their children with a vaccine which has so little data on long term effects. While the vaccine should be encouraged, it should not be made mandatory for those who have deeply held convictions about its safety.

Mandating masks is not only violation of constitutional rights of choice & privacy it does NOT follow any “proven” or bonafide science. We are just starting to see side effects of the fast tracked vax

We will remove our kids from school immediately if the Diocese enforces a vaccine mandate. These vaccines are for emergency use only and kids are, and have always been safe from Covid! I will not pay to have my voice silenced and to have my kids forced to take an experimental drug they do not need. Revisit this vaccine in years when it has been PROVEN safe and effective - it has not yet. I have put up begrudgingly with masks - I will NEVER put up with a mandated vaccine.

I am a parent of the above named pupils. I writing to you to express my grave concerns regarding the compulsory use of face masks in your school. It has come to my attention that there are widely known hazards, health risks and dangers associated with the use of face masks, which can result in both physical and psychological harm to the user. It is reasonable to expect that you have considered such issues carefully, and familiarized yourself with the available evidence, prior to making a decision to compel pupils in your care to wear masks. However, insofar as you may not have done so to date, I wish to draw these issues to your attention, and I call upon you to take immediate remedial action. Please be advised that I am also of the view that compelling children to wear a face mask is a direct violation of their right to bodily integrity and/or personal autonomy, and thus constitutes an abuse. For the avoidance of any doubt, I object to my children being subjected to such abuse and call for an end to same forthwith.
For decades, the accepted best practice in regards to medical masks, has been to wear them only in medical settings. There are mountains of peer reviewed studies demonstrating the ineffectiveness of masks in preventing the spread of virus. I have included links to some studies on a separate attachment titled Additional Resources. I encourage you to glance over some of them. These studies all demonstrate that there is little to no benefit to widespread universal mask usage. Some of the studies actually suggest that there is a potential for harm from over use of masks. We are the Shepherds! Stop poisoning God's children! The lack of backbone with the diocese and intermixing of politics and religion has made me sick to my stomach! No wonder so much of my generation and younger is turning their back on the church! HOLD THE LINE!!!

Praying that you do the right thing and at least meet with concerned parents before making any decision. There are reported risks of this vaccine in children and adults that outweigh the benefits. We do not know the long term side effects of this vaccine. Most of our kids have already contracted Covid and have natural immunity anyway! The risk reward ratio does not make sense at this point! Please consider both sides!
