Don't know this lecturer but I heard about this particular case, I was in my first year then. I will really like dis case revisited again and justice given. Just bcos u are a lecturer does not make u a small god

It's pathetic the kind of frustration some lecturers meet out to students without due consideration of possible effect on individuals (students). Such effects that can lead to disruption of dreams...life plans...yearnings and aspirations.
Any one with a near experience or even a palpable understanding would certainly stand up and VOTE for JUSTICE.

It is a principle that AUDI ALTERAM PARTEM( hear the both sides). It is enshrined in section 36 of the 1999 constitution of the Federal republic of Nigeria.. This is a principle as old as natural justice itself.. No one should be denied of this as held in the case of Aladetoyinbo v. Adewunmi
