Samsung Galaxy S Devices with Defective Equipment (GPS or otherwise)
This petition is to represent those consumers who purchased a Samsung Galaxy S and are experiancing problems with their equipment (GPS or other). We want Samsung to be held liable for selling a defective product to consumers. They have yet to provide a fix for their product and will not allow consumers to return the product outside the normal "30 Day" exchange even though their product does fails to provide the consumer with all the features the equipment is supposed to provide. It has also been advised that consumers are experiencing a complete failure in operation of their device after attempting to install a supposed fix for their equipment forcing consumers to have their product serviced/repaired which puts them out of a phone/service for a week in which they are still responsible for paying the provider operating costs to know fault of their own. We want Samsung to offer consumers with a reasonable return or replacement oppurtunity as well as offer a credit to consumers who were unable to utilize the features promised but were unable to utilize do to the defective equipment.
