Called customer no service and now Morgan and Morgan in florida for class action lawsuit. No since in thsi someone is going to get killed form an electrical shock.

I have NEVER used bleach in my machine so Samsung's claim that it is the type of bleach used or spilled bleach is clearly erroneous. It is a manufacturing defect.

I also have rust stains and rarley use bleach. I have bought 4 of these machines, two as gifts, one for my home and one for my vacation home. Very unhappy with Samsung.

I also have rust in the metal housing surrounding the plastic bleach dispencer. I take really good care of my machine and I am very unhappy with this.
