Called Samsung and so far they aren't willing to do anything. It's rusted through to the point of replacing the whole unit

Rust all around top where bleach is added. Samsung has jerked me around and not honored repair after committing to them. I have vowed to not purchase any more of their products.

My washer is rusting st bleach dispenser and lid hinges. This washer had the recall for excess shaking and was repaired. I could go on and on about this piece of junk. The repairman said not to use the bedding cycle. Now the timer is going. This machine is used by a husband and wife that are senior citizens.

extreme rust around bleach disp. and hinges. Rust has destroyed garments/towels/sheets. The lid is left open and the washer in inside my home - not in a garage shed. this is RIDICULOUS

I just purchased a house with a Samsung washer rusting around the bleach dispenser. According to the S/N it was built September, 2017.
