Have two Samsung washers and both have rust developing where the Bleach dispensers are located. Have contacted Samsung for warranty claim and they claim this is a cosmetic issue caused by different geographic areas and does not need warranty criteria.

After 10 months the rust showed up around the bleach dispenser. The rust runs through to the detergent dispenser and I have to keep the machine wiped down so the rust isn't damaging my laundry.

All of the metal around my Samsung washer's bleach dispenser is rusted, and the rust has gotten up under the paint and the metal is flaking away very badly.

I spent over $2000 on my Samsung washer 2 years ago. It is still under warranty, but when I called about the rust issue, the call taker said it wasn't covered. Rust inside my $2000 washing machine isn't covered?? They should be ashamed that their product they charge so much for rusts in the first place! And the they won't cover it...crazy.
