A large amount of rust has formed around the bleach tray as well as the detergent tray area. I constantly have to clean these ares out to keep rust flakes out of our clothing.

Washer is rusting, I've contacted Samsung and advised of the condition, no resolution as of yet.

We rarely use bleach and have rust around the bleach fill area. Rust is also dropping from under that area and mixing with our laundry.

purchase new machine in 2011. Started to rust within months around bleach dispenser. Tech came out 8-16-16 for anothe issue with machine. He told me we were spilling bleach and that was causing the rust. I just smiled. He could not fix machine . told me to get a new one. Error code does not exist in manual.

I have samsung washer i bought 3 years ago has the glass door on top paid alot for it began rust out badly by the blrach dispenser o habe conttact i am sure they will dodge responsabilgy for ot

The area around my bleach dispenser has become very rusty. No matter how careful I am adding the bleach and wiping it up, the surrounding area still continues to rust. Very disappointing.
