We have a top load washer and it started getting rust over soap dispenser over a year ago and now it has worsened with bits falling into washing machine with clothes. The bleach dispenser area also has issues. Washer is located in a dry area, very poor quality materials used. How about a recall!

Rust is now starting to fall off and getting mixed into the clothes. Worry about a small bit getting missed by us and into our young kids clothes and scratching them.

Washer started rusting two years old and we have a four year warranty that just expired. Samsung High price for poor quality. I will go back to Whirlpool..

It's crazy all this money on a washer and has warranty and they said it's not covered whatt??? No other washer I ever had rusted. Crazy been using same laundry liquids for 20yrs

Top loading Samsung washer with rust around bleach dispenser and around the water spout. Ruining clothes. Enamel flaked off into tub and now rust is very apparent.

Rusting around dispensers and now has created a hole in the metal frame. It feels like the entire machine is going to disintegrate. Obviously a manufacture defect that is being ignored!
