SAFETY ISSUE - Rusting washing machine rim. Called Samsung, sent them requested photos. They didn't seem to care. They gave me a reference number and said out of warranty, I would need to pay for parts/labor.

SAFETY ISSUE - Apprximately 12 inch length of washing machine rim (that was removed and repaired with "Insert Kit" under 2016 recall), and other major rust all around this rim piece. Rusted chips flaking off and starting to get into clothing being washed. Concerned about cuts, scratches, ingesting metal pieces while wearing washed clothing.
