my screen has a green horizontal line and now flashes strobe like at times. They have refused to fix it, even while seemingly having acknowledged they know their update is triggering a hardware fault!! S22 Ultra, (seems over 2 years old they wipe their hands i'm beyond angry!) They knowingly persist with pushing out an up date that causes this to occur. And they seem to replace in India but not anywhere else. Why replace in india and extend that cover to Sept 25, and not here?

Same problem. Strip of light suddenly appeared on my phone without any underlying cause. The colors on the screen are off as well. Samsung is quoting me 14,000 in Philippine Peso for repair.

My Samsung S22 is having the same issue a few months after I started using it. The bright light is one the right side of my screen. Samsung please do something.

It happened to me couple of days ago and I've bought it upon its release in 2022. My s9 lasted even longer than the now s22 ultra that I have. Disappointing if you ask me.

Y good product is the producer's responsibility. I am surprised that samsung, a company from a country that knows about honor, dishonores thier reputation by not being responsible for their mistakes.

I also faced the issue and took the phone immediately to Samsung center where they accused me that it's clearly my fault. And my phone is scratchless there is no damage the issues occurred suddenly. Now I have switched the power saving mode and issue has temporarily resolved the light appears while turning on the display. The service center asked me to pay heavy amount to fix the phone and they also said if in future if any issue occurs they won't be responsible.

Experienced the same issue. Phone has been well cared for, never dropped or gotten wet. Gone are the days when Samsung made the best phones available.... Very disappointing
