Samsung Iconx Poor Battery Performance

Battery is garbage.

both will not connect to phone, right side wont even flash lights

Left earbud will not charge. I have 2 pairs with the same issue. I've had them for 5 days.

Samsung has to do something!

Same issues as everyone else seems to have with this poorly designed product.

I have had this issue since day one and nothing was ever done to help and never used them because it was useless when you would want to use them. I'd like to be swapped out with the new version at the least.

My EarPods will not stay charged!! It’s been doing this every since I purchased them.

I have had the same problem with a Samsung camera which was rectified by a firmware update. Can the same thing not be done with these otherwise good ear buds?

love them, but would love them more if battery was as good as they claim it to be.

So disappointed that I paid so much for these and have been completely unable to use them. Shame on you!!

Once case and earbuds are charged I can use. When I put them back in case the red lights don't turn off until whole thing is dead.

earbuds should be turned of when in charging case...and the second thing there is option to turn of heart rate sensor also...

Poor product. Icon ear buds are not cheep. They are not decorative conversation piece. Very disappointed!!

This Samsung product has not been working properly since I bought it. Waste of money. I want my money back or replace the defective product Samsung.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. The batteries in the icon x headphones discharge on there own and don't last long at all. Thanks and GOD Bless

Useless ear buds. Poor battery life and leaving them in their charging case actually kills the battery! They are never charged and always dead when I goto use them.

I have the same issue with my samsung gear iconx headphones. Rubbish.
