Samsung IconX Poor Battery Performance is clearly a problem that Samsung is not owning nor resolving. Due to many customer complaints on the battery performance, and the lack of response and resolution from Samsung, this petition is aimed to get their attention and hopefully assist their customers. It is false advertising when a Manufacturer promotes a product that can perform in a certain way, however it falls very short of such performance. It is just as worse when their customer base is ignored and not presented with any resolution to remedy the problem and bring the product up to specification as advertised.

I am gathering every single report of battery failure you have sent to use as evidence for my formal complaint. Samsung is still refusing to acknowledge these defects so post this link to Facebook and tag their main account today. Send an email to your local consumer protection office right now to let them know we are not going anywhere.

The scale of this frustration proves that Samsung ignored a legitimate problem for too long. Post this link on your Facebook page and text three friends who own these earbuds to keep the pressure on them. Email your local Samsung representative today to demand a formal response.

Battery life is terrible. Also iconx will drain when left in charging case. Looked forward to getting these. I am left very disappointed and I have always loved Samsung products.
Thanks everyone for signing. Samsung have now edited my posts on the Community Blog to remove the Petition Link. So they ARE reading our complaints. Nice of them to answer us. So I've reposted the Link and will do so as many times as it takes. Please, even more so, spread the petition to get the necessary signatures. Thanks
Brand new bought from Samsung online several days ago. After fully charge the case, use only 30min of the buds and then put them back in the case. Unplug the cable and after a whole night, both dead.
battery last only 15 minutes on left ear ,also left device gets real warm very noticeable compared to right side . Have preformed all updates and troubleshooting for device .
I have two sets of the IconX, both loosing battery power over time. :( Leaving the case open is not an option. If this get not resolved, maybe switching to the new Sony with Noise Cancellation.
Battery is garbage.
both will not connect to phone, right side wont even flash lights

I have had the same problem with a Samsung camera which was rectified by a firmware update. Can the same thing not be done with these otherwise good ear buds?
