Samsung IconX Poor Battery Performance is clearly a problem that Samsung is not owning nor resolving. Due to many customer complaints on the battery performance, and the lack of response and resolution from Samsung, this petition is aimed to get their attention and hopefully assist their customers. It is false advertising when a Manufacturer promotes a product that can perform in a certain way, however it falls very short of such performance. It is just as worse when their customer base is ignored and not presented with any resolution to remedy the problem and bring the product up to specification as advertised.
