This petition was created to give Sampson county citizens a voice and help unite us in our attempt to seek better representation and transparency from our elected leaders. Many citizens were blindsided by the solid waste availability fee, AKA “trash tax”. The goal is to encourage everyone to exercise their right to free speech pertaining to issues that affect us as taxpaying citizens. More importantly, refuse to participate in the “trash tax”.
