"Central Government Rejects Same-Sex Marriage"

Not a headline I thought I'd ever read in my whole life, or in fact anyone's ever. Yet here I am. So we have the government saying that 'same-sex marriage' cannot be legalized just because its not a part of Indian culture. Now think of this, do we control our sexuality? Do we live according to the culture of a country whose mindset is still in the 1800's? I don't think so, not at all. Lets not forget to put into account that the removal 377 itself took decades, perhaps a century to happen. Now I'm not gonna wait another century for something so important and something that should've always been allowed to be fixed. Me being from the community itself, and knowing many who are too, This is not gonna sort itself out.
