Sallins Gaa Ball Wall
Sallins Gaa has looked for Sports Capital support to build a Ball Wall and improve the existing flood lights at our grounds in Sallins. Our underage age hurling and camogie has exploded in numbers in recent years and we now have over 40 teams competing for space at our grounds.
A Ball Wall can be used all year round and will help improve player skills immensly. A Ball Wall will provide a safe, accessible environment for players to develop their skills and improve their technique.
The benefits of having a Ball Wall facility within our club are huge, and combined with appropriate drill sets can result in a dramatic improvement in players' skill levels over a relatively short time period.
We want to get all members to sign this petition for us to send to our local representatives in order to gain support for funding.
We also want all members of our club to support the local School in their endevour to put in place an all weather pitchs in which all school going kids in all sports will benefit from, please go to http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/a-17.
Plans for the Ball Wall are on display at the clubhouse or get in contact with any club officials for more info.
