Silicon Mountains BPO Ltd The biggest fraudalent BPO in the history of Call center. This call center has done fraud twice in year 2008 and 2009. In the year 2008, they recuited 600 employees , but even after 6 months of working the salary was not paid and company declared "BANKCRUPTCY" But this time the shit company could not do this since the crwoed of 200 joined this company were clever enough, but still they got a very houge amount ....the salary came up to 42,000 for the period of 4 months and gues what do we get THREE THOUSAND RUPPESS ONLY (3000/). DIGUSTUING IS IT. It all started in December 2008, 18th when 200 agents full of talent joined to work with WALMART STORE as Customer support .After 4 months of work , not even a single peny paid to any one . Since people still were thingking BUT I DECEIDED TO WRITE THIS PETTION ONLY TO SAVE PEOPLE FROM JOING THIS FRAUDLENT COMPANY ..."sILICON MOUINTAINS INDIA PVT. lTD....." I MARK (NAME CHANGED ) ,decided to file a written petition against the management and poor response to grievances of more that 200 employees. Joined in the month of December 2007, till date the management has not given a single penny to any of its employees. In month of January 08, when we checked are salary accounts we found no money present in the account. It was 10th of January, and even the worst companies NO payment by this day. We all were told the recession has caused the delay and the payments will be credited on January 25th 2009, but this continued and till date following have been the dates we have been given to get out first salary : sOME OF FALSE HOPED DATES 30th January 2009 5th February 2009, 12th of Feb 2009 25th of February 2009 Today is March 20th 2009 and there is no since of any money .
