On the 11/08/2010 Markus liebherr sadly passed away a true icon and a hero to every single southampton football club supporter,In july 2009 Markus liebherr saved southampton at the time i called for a stand at southampton's st mary's stadium to be named "the markus liebherr stand" this ovbiously did'nt work at the time so lets honour this legend by naming a stand after the man, R.I.P SAINT MARKUS WE LOVE YOU X
