SEX AND GENDER EDUCATION (SAGE) AUSTRALIA This petition is to support Conor Montgomery’s right to have his birth certificate changed to male from female. We understand he is taking testosterone and had ‘top’ surgery, but is medically unable to have ‘bottom’ surgery. The dept of Births, Deaths and Marriages have refused to alter his birth certificate as requested to reflect his lived male identity. We support his right to have the simple administrative change made to appropriately reflect the reality of his life circumstances.
