As a veteran with some firearm experience, I would volunteer. I do think it would be necessary for all applicants to have a refresher course in firearm training and a background check.

I believe we should give those teachers with firearm experience the opportunity to conceal carry anonymously, if they wish. They are already at the school, they could receive a pay stipend for keeping current on their certifications and no students would know who they are.
