I can't believe this is still dragging on for you Christelene. I can't believe the nonsensical decision that has been made by the immigration authorities. Let's hope that this petition starts a sensible discussion which ends in the only 'right' possible outcome - the chance to stay and continue your life. Good luck!

as someone who came to the uk aged 2, and was educated to Masters level here, I find the notion that someone could have their education hijacked due to the death of a parent to be offensive.

AS she's been in this country for so long, paid tax and NI, then just let her stay. She's quite obviously putting more into this country than a lot of other British Citizens that don;t want to work.
