Don't know anything about her. Explain the policy of sending our well educated working capital away?! Seems to me the border agency is either filled with stupid people or arnt given any sort of discretion

This is someone who is not looking for help wit finance from the goverment like so many others. She is looking to create a life for herself with her only true family, her brother living in England.

This is a disgrace. Saf deserves to be a legal resident. The explanation of refusal seem highly unreasonable. She sounds exactly the type of person we want to have in this country. Pease support us in getting this revisited!

Hope SAF persists and does eventually get her required papers.I suppose her mom is also South African and that might be the main reason for your Home Affairs not granting her a visa.
