Safer Working Conditions For CDT Paratransit Workers

Definitely needed. Safer conditions all around the board. We are the legs of this company let's take care of our legs so we can move forward. Food for thought!!!

We needs a safer environment and materials to make sure that we all has proper material to work safely and the motor vehicles are clean properly.

Morale is so low at work. Trust in management is lower than low! Statements made and actions taken need to match. Action made are now so behind what other companies have already implemented. THAT vsa Video to show us how its not done each and everyday is a joke. We are working in this so we know no one is cleaning vehicles down throughly like that. WE dont even have time to do that with our own supplies lol which we shouldnt have to do at all...there is a better way but it costs so thats the real reason it remains screwed up at CDT...Correction cost and we nor our saftey is worth the $$$$ to invest in protecting us all. POINT BLANK PERIOD!

They need to do this for the safety of the staff and customers

I have many loved ones that are dedicated workers continually working during these uncertain times to ensure a great customer experience for the customers of Cook Du-Page transportation. These front line workers cannot continue providing an excellent customer experience if they are working under unhealthy ,unsafe work conditions. Please find it in your heart to get these workers what they need to continue to stay safe during these uncertain times#Stay Safe

Protect your workers!

Talking to some other drivers, it sounds like CDT is the only carrier not providing PPE to Drivers. SCR gave out masks and provides 3-4 sets of gloves for every driver before their shift and detailing vehicles every day. Even heard a driver that got COVID-19 there was paid for his time off and their managers are still coming into work. We've had way too many people catch it to not be providing PPE this is ridiculous.

This definitely should have been happen this virus is serious everything that's asked in this petition should be granted for the safety of the employees and the riders

SAFETY! SAFETY! SAFETY Not only should the drivers be protected with mask gloves and disinfectant sprays should be protected from the clients that attack them. It's not safe for the drivers to get out of their vehicles at 3 or 4 in the morning. SAFETY is our Main priority,the company says SAFETY FIRST.

This should be done without a doubt.

I truly believe that we are important to the public and need to be able to do our jobs safe and to the best of our ability.

We do need cleaner vans as a Cdt driver and disinfect as well along with protection for uniforms with hazard pay. Because we are on the frontline dangering our lives and family
