I reside at 1116 SW Sylvia St and i am a participant in the West Hills Neighborhood Association. I strongly support this proposal which is in line with best practices of similar type temporary housing villages in Eugene and other cities.

Yes they do. This is why we want certain criteria's recorded with the Conditional Use Permit.
