The psychologically impaired, if you will, is not limited to the homeless community. Did you know, believe it or not, that there are upstanding members of society that live in houses and work in the community who are, OH MY GOD, suffering from mental illnesses and/or addictions of one kind or another???? Like no way! Right? Give me a break.

Get a job nasty needle infested dirt bag zombies

The individuals who developed this petition have my gratitude. It allows services but requires the church to be responsible for managing the impact on the neighborhood. Well Done!

If people want societies help, they need to live by that societies rules

I’m so happy I don’t live in Corvallis anymore. I’ve had zero people dig through my trash since leaving and no incidences of property left.
