The crime should be elimated and CTA should have a police unit and police officers on board and maybe even bring back conductors so they can throw them off the train if theres. Crime. It ruins our chances to go the the L more often. STOP THE CRIMES!

This is an important step. More people would ride the CTA if is easier safer and cleaner. Perhaps we could solicit corporate sponsorship for stations. “Adopt a station”

There needs to be a better support network for those whose only option for housing is the red line. AND THE CTA EMPLOYEES NEED MORE BENEFITS AND BETTER PAY.

I don’t want me or other riders to be disturbed by homeless ppl or drug users (or both) harassing people or tripping. But it’s infuriating that this problem is recognized but no immediate resources are provided to these people. Riders deserve to have peaceful trips and homeless people / those with drug addictions deserve to have resources to help them get back on their feet. It’s unfair for everyone

It is getting ridiculous! I was mugged on the train a few years ago, and I think it’s significantly worse now. I used to rely on the blue line for work but have been taking Ubers or coordinate with people who have cars.

Never been threatened by people on the L until the year. Cops do jack in this city as is. Cta puts cameras around and calls that a good enough job without actually addressing anything. There needs to be some change, whatever that is
